A CLC is an on-site inspection that ensures your products are shipped exactly as ordered, in the right quantities and condition.
During a container loading check, a QIMA inspector will randomly select boxes to confirm product quality matches your specifications. We will verify correct quantities, barcodes, labeling, and packing materials, and closely supervise the entire loading process.

A CLC is particularly beneficial for businesses shipping fragile or sensitive goods that are likely to break in transit if the correct packaging and loading procedures are not followed.
The QIMA inspector will first randomly select a sample of products for inspection, following the ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2008 sampling standard.
After the sample has been selected, the inspections are tailored to fit client needs and specific products.
We provide a variety of pre-designed inspection checklists suitable for different products, which you can use "as-is." You also have the option to modify these checklists by adding particular checks, or you can develop a completely new checklist that caters to your specific requirements.

Once a container loading check is completed, you’ll receive a detailed inspection report the same day, accessible through your online QIMA account. The report outlines the inspection findings, includes photos of any defects, and provides an overall pass/fail assessment.
